Lead-Safe Services of Greater Cleveland provides lead paint inspection, testing, clearance and risk assessment services. We have tested over 5,000 units since the City of Cleveland’s ordinance took effect in 2021. We own an XRF analyzer for those owners who want to pursue the 20-year exemption. We believe in full pricing transparency and have a published fee schedule.
